摘要
The software for measurement uncertainty (MU) estimation for different characteristics, especially for geometrical deviations measured on coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) has been presented. The concept of virtual measuring machine modified by authors has been applied. The influence of simplifications in measuring strategy vs. optimal operator including the influence of geometrical deviations of measured workpiece has been taken into consideration. The elaborated software meets the present expectations of industry - is easy in use and does not require too much input data.
