摘要
Based on statistics, the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia is increasing every day and is worrying. Several policies were taken by the Indonesian government in terms of preventing and reducing the number of sufferers of the corona virus. One of them is new normal. The policy will certainly have an impact, one of which is the process of learning activities carried out online or e-learning. Many platforms can be used as online learning media. Whatever the platform is, what is certain is that the learning process continues to be carried out, it is intended one of them is so that there is no decline in the quality of each student. The use of learning platform media is not necessarily accepted by all students. Some technical obstacles are internet network problems. Not to mention the problem of the system being used. Several models can be used to measure the success of information systems, especially in the context of the use of e -learning, the Delone and McLean models. The purpose of this study is to see how the successful implementation of e-learning systems as a learning mechanism in dealing with new normal situations. The results of the study showed that the construct of user satisfaction had the highest value compared to other constructs, namely 0.696. then the D&M model can be used as a reference for evaluating system implementation because the results of data analysis show all indicators have an average value> 0.70 (Cronbach's Alpha).
