摘要
As the transformation of teacher education towards comprehensiveness, integration and specialization, teacher market opening and education has been developed from quantity expansion to quality improvement, which makes normal universities face serious challenges and existing crisis. Facing increasingly strong market selection, in recent years, some normal universities that have advantages in teacher education have promoted reform on talents training mode positively by means of recruiting both normal students and non-normal students and etc., which breaks through the traditional system of teacher education talents training. The states deploys that normal students in normal universities enjoy free education, which brings certain influences on local normal universities and aspirates their reform ideologies in further and thus speeds up their reform progress on education concept and practices.
