摘要
After summarizing some studies, based on the social cognitive theory, this paper proposed a conceptual model about the influence mechanism of organizational climate on knowledge-sharing behavior within organizations from the aspect of organizational environment, found that, organizational climate would not only directly have a direct effect on knowledge-sharing behavior, but also have a indirect effect by influencing self-efficacy and outcome expectations of knowledge sharing. Finally, we elaborated some countermeasures to promote knowledge sharing within organizations for organizations to enhance the level of knowledge management.
