摘要
In this paper, we have studied the properties of polarization in bioeletret by using Monte Carlo methods. First, the polarization model of bioelectret is setup in imitation of Ising model [1]in Magnetics. Secondly using this model, we have calculated the temperature dependences of polarizations and polarizabilities of the bioelectret film. It is shown that there is a continuous phase transition which connect with the local field in bioelectrets.
