摘要
We adapt a general form of multiple access Multi-Layer Collision Anticipation/Resolution (MULCAR) to describe the existing IEEE 802.11 MAC DCF [l]. We further explore the proper way of tailoring the splitting tree to achieve higher throughput and lower delay, primarily for high rate OFDM transmission wireless LAN at 5GHz.
