摘要
The type species of the genus Haidomyrmex Dlussky, 1996 is revised. Haidomyrmex cerberus was originally described based on a partial worker specimen only, which was later re-figured with some erroneous characters. Two worker specimens assignable to this species were recently discovered in the collection of Burmese amber from the Capital Normal University of Beijing. A revised description and comparison with the two other known species of Haidomyrmex are provided, and the diagnoses of the genus and species are emended. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
