摘要
Optimizing the tie lines reasonably is one of the effective ways to improve power supply reliability, and it's also a necessary condition for distribution automation. Aiming at the problem that the current distribution network tie line contact relies too much on planning staffs' personal experience and the optimization scheme is not necessarily the global optimal, this paper puts forward a method for optimization of the tie lines in distribution network based on improved Hungary method. On the basis of the contact cost matrix, the distribution network line contact problem is likened to the assignment problem. For the differences between the two problems, the handling method is setting the elements in the contact cost matrix that symmetrical to the zero elements to zero, and the paper realizes the method through changing some steps in the Hungary method.
