摘要：
In the crystal structure of the title compound, C9H7N3O, the molecules are held together by C-H center dot center dot center dot N and C-H center dot center dot center dot O nonclassical hydrogen bonds. The dihedral angle between pyridine ring and pyrazine ring is 46.45 (14)degrees.
