摘要
A field experiment was conducted during 1993-94 and 1994-95 to study the production potential of different grass species in relation to fertilizer management under flush flood conditions. Average green forage (73.41 tonnes/ha) and drymatter (24.24 tonnes/ha) yields were significantly higher in Setaria sphacelata as compared to Lepotchloa fusca. Application of 150 kg N/ha, half through inorganic fertilizer + half through organic manure produced significantly more green-forage and dry-matter yields application of 150 kg N/ha through inorganic fertilizer alone. The soil contents of organic carbon, available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were also found to be relatively more where nitrogen was applied through combined inorganic and organic sources.
