摘要：

The title compound, [Cu(bztzdtH)(PPh(3))Br](2), was obtained by the solid state reaction of CuBr, PPh(3) and benz-1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione (bztzdtH) and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The two crystallographically equivalent copper atoms have a pseudo-tetrahedral geometry. The sulfur atoms of two bztzdtH ligands link the two copper atoms, forming a planar Cu2S2 moiety with Cu-S(1) = 2.514(1), Cu-S(1a) = 2.335(1) and Cu-Cu(a) = 2.928(1) Angstrom.
