Agile Software Development in Defiance of Customary Software Development Process: A Valuation of Prevalence's and Challenges

There are a lot of pressure and stress to deliver the high quality of product on time with frequent changes. This research paper outlines post era and the current era of software development with the analysis of software development process. A survey is conducted for analyzing the utility of adapting and classical development processes; 82 respondents filled this survey and the results are executed through the one way ANOVA. Numerous factors are considered for the success of high quality delivery oh time along with the statistical results and significant values are find out. Finally it is observed; now agile methodologies are mostly adopted by organizations for the quick delivery of high quality product. Also, a comparison between traditional and agile development process is provided to represent that how agile approach is better than traditional.
