Photon statistics of semiconductor microcavity polaritons

摘要
Quantum statistical properties of the coherently driven semiconductor microcavity are studied. The unique quantum solution for the two-mode system of coupled excitons and photons was obtained in the adiabatic approximation. This solution predicts both bunching and antibunching regimes for the photonic field in the domain of parameters where the single mode polariton approximation fails.
