摘要：

During the process of the enterprise's establishing internal and external public relations, a lot of problems of different qualities and degrees of influence will arise. Practice has proved that the problems can be guarded against by the enterprise's system of early-warning management of public relations. Therefore, it is significant to establish a set of theoretical models of the enterprise's system of early-warning management of public relations to ensure a safe and reliable operating state of the enterprise's production and operation.
