摘要
In the context of economic globalization, the ability of technological innovation not only depends on independent R&D, but also depends on external sources. In today's world, FDI as the main way of international technical spillovers, which have become an important way in promoting technical progress for more and more developing countries and regions. This paper discusses the interaction between the spillover effects of FDI and the capability of independent innovation in the host country based on the relevant theory and research findings. At the same time, this essay also analyzes the current situation of technical spillovers of FDI in China and puts forward some measures for increasing the function of FDI on technical innovation in China.
