摘要：
The work provides overview of some psychological knowledges about a new six factor model of personality, which we compared with five factor model of personality. The aim of the research was to study connections between the factor honesty - humility and dimensions of five factor model of personality, also between workplace delinquency. Data were collected on a sample of 100 respondents, representing three age groups - early, average and belated adulthood. Three measurement tools: personality inventory (Mini-IPIP6), six factor personality inventory (HEXACO-PI-R) and scale measuring workplace delinquency (DWB) were used. Factor Honesty - Humility relates with factors of five factor model of personality. Significant relationships between factor Honesty - Humility and workplace delinquency were found.
