On Applications of Value Engineering Theory in Engineering Design

According to many years' experience of engineering design, foundation geology data of medical school of huangshi institute of technology had been studied in detail. As a result, a best design had been found, which is not only economic rationality but also improving the environment around. What's more, design phase of a project had been turned out to be the critical stage of investment control after feasibility analysis to initiation.
