摘要
Today, higher education continues to face a host of significant challenges meeting the needs of our learners. Meeting these challenges requires a strategic planning model and learner centered approach that provides a focus on the learner through the curriculum.. a flipped classroom is a learning facilitator, able to work one-to-one with students, clarify assignments, and offer help as needed. Classmates can work together on in-class assignments, engage in discussions, or collaborate on projects. Here I reflect on my first experience in using the flipped classroom with my 24 master students in my research methods course in the first semester academic year 2013\2014 in Tabuk University This study concentrated the following objectives: 1. Reviewing the main elements of the curriculum strategic planning model and the learner centered curriculum. 2. Identify the pedagogical model of the flipped classroom. 3. Introducing some suggestions on flipped classroom practice for teachers\students and reflecting on my first experience in using a flipped classroom in my research methods course in first semester of the academic year 2014\2013 in Tabuk University.
