摘要
In this work, the results of the extraction and identification of phenolic compounds from nine different marine algae, four brown algae (Cystoseira abies - marina, Sargassum vulgare, Sargassum muticum, Undaria pinnatifida), and four red algae (Hypnea spinella, Chondrus crispus, Halopytis incurvus, Porphyra spp.) are presented. For the extraction of phenolic compounds, two different techniques have been tested, named pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) and Soxhlet extraction, while identification and quantification of particular phenols (phenolic acids, cinnamic acid and aldehydes) in different algae extracts has been carried out by rapid resolution liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (RRLC-MS/MS).
