Inverse tent-shaped surface relief of α plates in a Ti-Mo alloy

摘要
The surface relief effects of normal α plates formed from the 4beta matrix in a Ti-4.74at% Mo alloy, solution treated at 1273 K and reacted at 1023 K, were studied by atomic force microscopy. Unlike black plates invariant plane strain (IPS) type, reliefs were rarely observed.
