摘要
Four new taxoids (1-4), showing cytotoxic activity, have been isolated from the stems of Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et. Zucc. var. nana Rehder. Their structures were elucidated by extensive 2D NMR methods including H-1-H-1 COSY, TOCSY, HMBC, HMQC, and phase sensitive ROESY spectra.
