New current-mode integrator, all-pass section and quadrature oscillator using only active elements

摘要
In this paper new current-mode integrator and first order all-pass. section are used to construct a quadrature oscillator. these circuits are composed of operational amplifiers (OAs) and operational transconductance amplifiers' (OTAs), without using external passive elements. Also as an application these circuits are used to construct a sinusoidal quadrature oscillator. The proposed circuits are suitable for monolithic implementation either with CMOS or bipolar technologies. All of active sensitivities are low. The performances of the circuits are tested using PSPICE simulation program.
