摘要
We report on the surface modification of azo-benzene-containing urethane-urea copolymer films by the irradiation of light. The modulated depth on the films is related to irradiation energy density. In addition, the resolution is in the nanometer order. It is possible to superimpose two gratings in the same place. The effectiveness of the material which has these properties, as recording medium is discussed. Copyright (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
