摘要
The pseudopotential theory of metals is applied to the Cs-K find Cs-Rb alloy systems using the pseudo-alloy-atom model (PAA). The total energy and heat of solution of binary alloy A(l-x)B(x) are calculated as a function of the concentration x. A newkind of single parametric local pseudopotential is proposed for the PAA. The important feature of the proposed model is that it combines both the linear and quadratic type of interaction. The different local field correction functions viz: Hartree, Taylor and Ichimaru-Utsumi are used for the investigation of the exchange and correlation effects on the aforesaid properties. In the absence of the experimental results of total energy for full range of alloy concentration we have compared the total energy with pure metallic element and the agreement is found to be excellent. The present yieldings of hear of solution are compared with other theoretical data. The behaviour of Ichimaru-Utsumi screening function is encouraging.
