摘要
This article takes the electrodynamic maglev train of MLX01 type as the research object. Based on the magnetic field theory and the dynamic principle of the circuit, the dynamic circuit model of the maglev train is established, and the energy method is used to solve the force of the maglev train in different directions. Using a three-dimensional numerical analysis method, a numerical model for calculating the self-inductance of the ground coil and a numerical model for calculating the mutual inductance between the superconducting coil and the ground coil are derived. On this basis, a field-circuit-motion coupling numerical model of a single bogie and ground coils was established, and the accuracy of the model was verified by using the field-measured data of a single bogie on the Yamanashi test line in Japan. Based on the field-circuit-motion model of a single bogie, the characteristics of the levitation force and guidance force of a single bogie are studied. The characteristics of the mutual inductance between the superconducting coil and the ground coil and the law of the induced current of the ground coil are explored. The internal mechanism of the self-stabilizing operation of the maglev train is described. Aiming at the insufficient passive electromagnetic damping, a control strategy of installing a damping coil on the surface of the superconducting coil is adopted. The electromagnetic interaction characteristics of the ground coil and the damping coil and the characteristics of the electromagnetic damping force are analyzed. The internal mechanism of the damping coil in increasing the electromagnetic damping of the train is revealed. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the damping coil in improving the stability of the maglev train, a dynamic model with 20 degrees of freedom was established based on the analysis of the geometric model of the MLX01 type. Using track irregularity as the external excitation source of the bogie, under different standard air gaps and magnetomotive force of superconducting coil, the dynamic characteristics of the bogie, and the vehicle body with and without the damping coil are compared and analyzed. This article results can provide theoretical basis and data support for the stable operation control of superconducting electrodynamic maglev train.
