摘要
This study uses results from a quality survey given to students at the University of North Texas to establish a baseline concerning student perceptions of the College of Business statistics lab and self-perceptions of mathematics capabilities. Results indicate that students are not completely satisfied with the services provide by the lab. Some suggestions for improvement are included. Self-efficacy theory states that a person's perception of their capability to complete a task operates as a mediator between past task-related experience and task performance. Results from a structural equation model support the mediation role of mathematics self-efficacy.
