摘要：

Because of the impact of technical barriers to trade (TBT), the amount of agricultural products export has been declined in linyi city. Based on the field investigation of the contents of TBT and the status of agricultural production, this paper analyses the factors home and abroad to obstruct the agricultural products export, and suggests several measures to step across the TBT, such as eliminating discriminatory TBT, predicting production standard of world market, implementing the standardized production and so on.
