摘要
The influence of sodium hydroxide on the ultrafiltration of butadienestyrene latex was studied. Concentrations of sodium hydroxide causing latex coagulation were used. Time dependences of the volume flux and rejection coefficients of both the polymer and sodium hydroxide were found. Dependences of both the bulk flux and the polymer-rejection coefficient on the concentration of sodium hydroxide at the initial stage of filtration were determined. It was revealed that the volume flux is proportional to a pressure drop.
