摘要
Education equity is a common problem in the world. Every country has been taking efforts to minimize the educational unfair factors. As the broad area, large population, and obvious geographic differences, education equity is more difficult to improve in china. Nevertheless, education should be public, integral. The differences of education resources between rural and urban areas badly affected the whole of the education fair. For education, the two kinds of environments have their own advantages and shortcomings as well as high-quality educational resources. The point is we shall perceive its educational value and making use of it. This article attempts to elaborate an important way of rural educational resources development and utilization, in order to induce thinking on the use of rural educational resources.
