ISO spectroscopy of selected starburst galaxies

摘要：
We present spectroscopic observations of prominent starburst galaxies (M 82, M 83, NGC 5253) in the 2.5 to 45 mu m range obtained with ISO-SWS. The diagnostic tools used to interpret the observed finestructure line ratios are explained. Upper mass cutoffs for the initial mass function in the observed starbursts are discussed.
