摘要
Depression was previously considered to be extremely rare or even nonexistent in children and adolescents. In recent years, studies in the US; have shown that clinical depression among adolescents is in fact a significant problem. Similar casuistic observations are made in Norway. The present quasi-experimental study tested a minimal intervention programme, intended to improve cooperation and learning capacity in high school students. The results showed significant improvements in mood, friendly skills, and pleasant activities. For pleasant activities there were also significant group differences.
