摘要：
Dramatically changing marketplace drives firms to create flexible management systems. Complex adaptive system model is estimated an approach to developing such systems. In this paper, complex adaptive system is introduced. The modeling tool, Swarm, is presented. An enterprise model framework on Swarm, is created. Main components of the framework are depicted. An example is introduced.
