摘要
The effect of a He-Ne laser (lambda=632.8 nm) on the functional activity of peripheral blood leukocytes is examined by the method of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence. The maximum stimulation of leukocytes is observed in the 0.05-0.15 J/cm(2) range, being dependent on the leukocyte preparation. In the presence of the photosensitizing agent phthalocyanine the maximum stimulation is observed at lower intensities.
