QFD and Agent Based Quality Modeling for Enterprise Open Innovation

摘要
The open innovation paradigm has become an important choice of innovation strategy for enterprises under the knowledge economy era, How to grasp its innovation openness extent of enterprises timely is one of the key factors to make innovation decision-making, directly determines the performance of enterprises' innovation. To do so, firstly, based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and concept of openness of innovation, we analyze the dimensions and parameters of innovation openness. According to it, the formula of innovation quality is given. Secondly, based on Agent, the intelligent measure model of open innovation quality has been studied preliminarily. The study provides new thought for the innovation quality and has meaningful theoretical and practical implications for further research on open innovation.
