摘要
The spectral density of current fluctuations in single quantum well infrared photodetectors is calculated using the Langevin approach. The noise gain and photocurrent gain are expressed in terms of basic transport parameters. Fluctuations of the incident photon flux are taken into account. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
