this article summarizes the development status of digital twins at home and abroad from the aspects of digital twin concept, research progress, digital twin connotation, challenging problems, and digital twin system construction. The article analyzes the application fields, functions and development trends of digital twins, and provides references for subsequent applications of digital twins in various fields.
