摘要
Analysis of existing science literature in the field of education and numerous practical observation clearly shows that process of teaching is interactive and has cyclic nature therefore it may be described by differential equation of second degree like of physical phenomena from quantum mechanics to mechanical oscillations having absolute different natures. At the coincidence of student mood-mastering ability (proper frequency) with the new materials delivering temp (driving frequency) are created maximal effective and relaxed conditions for learning the subject. Modern achievements of the computer engineering and software offer great possibilities for radical improvement of the methods of teaching. Vector of the teaching process in modern democratic society usually is to be directed towards the learner and his/her free choice. The conservative methods of teaching must yield place to the technologies ensuring intensifying process of learning the subject as much as it is possible. Modern programs of digital-electronic teaching must ensure process of independent and deep learning. Modern electronic programs must also become powerful instrument for teachers that they were able to realize effective process of teaching individually with every students separately.
