摘要
With the need to remain competitive in today's global market, refinery and petrochemical plants must control the use of energy. One Gulf Coast petro-chemical facility has accomplished this with the installation of a real-time optimization system that controls the operation of four on-site cogeneration plants. The system allows the operators to optimize operations, and reduce costs while staying within environmental constraints.
