The purpose of this investigation was to determine the employment outcomes of 103,417 rehabilitants, representing 13 disability categories. These rehabilitation clients had each achieved competitive employment as their rehabilitation outcome. The frequencies of the top 50 occupations were listed. For each of the 13 disabling conditions, the top 5 occupations were reported. Overall, there was great similarity across the disability categories in types of employment, emphasizing the greater influence of functional abilities as opposed to disability category in job placement. Similarities among the disability categories for data, people, and things work functions were also reported.
