摘要
In this introductory paper to the monograph, we analyse the changes that have arisen in Spanish society in terms of family models, both in its structure and in the dynamics of the relationships that take place within and the values upon which the family is based and tries to transmit. Likewise, a critical analysis is made of some to the most common theoretical and methodological approaches used in family research, and alternatives better-adjusted to recognising family diversity are propose. Finally, essential adaptations are proposed that should take place in schools in order to recognise and accept the diverse family models already present in them.
