摘要
This paper investigates the impacts of MRI operating frequency on the RF-induced heating for external fixation with insulating material. It is found that the trend of RF-induced heating varied with the dielectric constant of the insulating material is different at 1.5 T and 3 T. This fact is due to the resonance resulted from the inductance produced by the external fixation and the capacitance introduced by the insulating material.
