摘要：
As Chinese traditional industries, the textile industry need enhance the international competitiveness in the process of global competition. In order to speed up the strategies development about the international competitiveness, it's necessary to identify own international competitiveness. Base on the element index system of textile industrial international competitiveness, this paper adopt to fuzzy membership theory, study the theoretical procedures of textile industrial international competitiveness recognition and apply to the competitiveness recognition "validity" model. Practically analysis the competitiveness recognition, then draw the relevant conclusions.
