摘要
This paper presents a wideband direct-conversion transceiver front-end implemented in 65nm CMOS technology. The receiver section consists of noise cancellation LNA, down-conversion quadrature mixers, while the transmitter section includes pre-PA driver and up-conversion mixers. For frequency synthesis, a 3.8-7.6GHz PLL is implemented in the chip together with a chain of divide-by-2 circuits for quadrature generation. The transmitter operates from 0.7-3.7GHz with OIP3 better than 15.8dBm. The receiver achieves 3dB RF bandwidth of 0.7-2.6GHz with conversion gain of 29dB and IIP3 better than - 6dBm.
