摘要：
The paper presents the collaboration between "Politehnica" University of Timisoaro and Continental Automotive Romania for defining and providing a common teaching program to improve the quality culture of the students. The objective of this collaboration was to enhance the theoretical background of students regarding quality and project management aspects and to fill a gap which did exist before in the curricula of university.
