摘要
The controllability of a state-linear dynamic control system is investigated through the controllability of the subsystems obtained by decomposing the system into projective and radial subsystems. Conditions for the controllability of subsystems are formulated in terms of the properties of the spectral characteristic and the sign-definiteness of a certain family of quadratic forms associated with the control system. The spectral characteristic was used earlier for studying the controllability of dynamic systems.
