摘要：
This paper presents a decision component for demand-forecasting methods as part of a decision-support system for forecasting water-demand for river basin. The basic structure of this component consists of three basic parts: expert system, multi-criteria technique, and hypertext files. Due to the importance of domestic demand it is selected to demonstrate capability of the system.
