摘要
The Companies of Projects of the Alimentary Industry present the need to train to operarios of plants. They need to be able to train quickly, because currently there are many irregularities when operating the processes because those responsible for performing these jobs sometimes do not have sufficient knowledge. The work presents a system framed in the branch of educational software to train operators of technological processes in the food industry. The objective is to evaluate the decisions made by the operators in different critical situations and provide the main technologist of a process with the results of the evaluation and how they are being overcome. This system uses the Drools as an inference engine to validate the answers issued by the user. There were 122 runs of tests between the two processes in the training stage, in which the states of the variables, causes and recommendations were evaluated and it was found that when the system identified the user's response correctly or incorrectly, it coincided with what appears in the trees of inference. This project is linked to the execution of an expert system for the process of making fresh cheese enzymatically using production rules and the system to manage knowledge bases in the food industry, the latter generates the knowledge bases that is used by the three systems.
