摘要
In this fast-growing population and generation use of motor vehicles (Four wheelers, three wheelers, two wheelers, etc.) have rapidly increased. In this circumstances unauthorized use of vehicles without license, speeding of vehicle over the limits and theft is major concern for authorities like RTO. The available manual verification is misused. For this cause we propose a biometric embedded system approach which identifies and verifies an individual without any hard copy documents which also integrates all the legal proceedings with automated fine generation and actions necessary on the case at any checkpoints with the help of internet without any delayed manual interventions.
