摘要:
According to the character of construction enterprise, this paper evaluates core value-added of value chain optimization in construction enterprise by constructing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The purpose of this paper is to realize intensity of core value-added of VCO objectively, research influence degree of different elements composition of core competencies, cultivate and improve focused core value-added after value chain optimization, to improve management efficiency of construction enterprise efficiently, and to create and keep its core competition.
