摘要
The purpose of this paper is to presents some results of my recent research concerning knowledge dynamics in the Romanian universities. Knowledge dynamics reflects the very essence of any university, since the leaching, learning and research are activities of knowledge generation, knowledge transfer and knowledge dissemination. A university may be considered from this point of view a knowledge intensive organization. On the other hand, innovation reflects the openness of the generic university toward new ways of thinking and of implementing new ideas, concepts and methods in the internal and external environments.
